A 17-year-old from Uttar Pradesh, India, Aishani's journey with AgroMango began not in a boardroom or classroom, but in her grandfather's mango orchard in Malihabad. It was there that she first noticed a paradox that would shape everything that followed: a region celebrated the world over for its mangoes, where the farmers who grow them are often the last to benefit. What sets Aishani apart is not just what she built, but how she built it. Before designing any intervention, she surveyed over 200 farmers, sat through their concerns, and returned until she understood not just what was broken, but why. That instinct to listen before acting has defined AgroMango from the beginning.
